Keystone Motors has a VOLVO CERTIFIED COLLISION CENTER. Just call or drive into any one of our service departments. They will take over all the details. Our people will deal with towing, insurance estimates, repair, and after your car is back to like new condition you can take delivery at the service department most convienient to you.

- At times I am hearing a "squeaking" noise when braking. Is this normal?
Yes. It is normal to hear some noise at times when braking. This is due to the brake pad material Volvo uses.

- I noticed a snowflake indicator light lit on my dashboard. What does this mean?
The warning will come on when the outside air temperature is between 23-26 degrees Fahrenheit to alert you of possible freezing conditions.

- What is the factory warranty on my new Volvo?
Volvo provides basic manufacturer's warranty coverage of 4 years/50,000 miles from the in-service date of the vehicle.

- Why does Volvo recommend service intervals of only 7,500 miles or 12 months?
If you do more local, stop and start driving we recommend a minor service at around 3,750 miles or 6 months.

- At times I hear the inside blower fan running even though my car has been off for a period of time. Is this normal?
The climate system is equipped with an after-blow function which is activated depending on driving cycle and use of the A/C system. This turns on the interior fan on highspeed to dry out residual moisture in the system to reduce odors and/or particle material build-up.

- Why don't my highbeam headlights stay on when I engage the switch?
Your headlight switch needs to be turned to the 12 o'clock position for highbeams to function.

- Why do I only have one rear foglight lit when I have them on?
By design, there is only one rear foglight located in the left taillight. This is to prevent drivers from confusing your foglight from brake lights.

- I had a warning light indicating low brake fluid. What type of brake fluid can I use?
Volvo only uses DOT 4+ style brake fluid. You can top the level up, but we recommend you have the brake system fully checked for any safety issues.
