Mr. Owens:
I am the owner of an XC90 that was
recently serviced by Keystone.
During the in-store service by
Keystone, the service technicians
noted that the side control panel
of my driver seat was cracked and
needing repair. James, my
service representative,
arranged for David Mano to
order and replace the part through
your mobile technician
program. Mr. Mano provided
excellent and friendly service and
made prompt arrangements to travel
to my work location to service the
car on two occasions (in the time
between in-store service and the
mobile service the speaker on the
driver’s door had fallen off).
I just wanted to let you and
everyone at Keystone know how
appreciative I am of the mobile
technician service and pass along
a sincere thank you for excelling
in providing excellent service
(both in-store and mobile) at
Keystone. The mobile
technician service program is
great way to assist Volvo owners
to have minor repairs completed
with truly no inconvenience to the
owner.

Dear Doug,
I wanted to let you know of the
very positive exerience I had
recently with the service
department at Doylestown Keystone
Motors. I spoke with both Ben
and Pete Kelly. I needed to
make an appt. the next day in
order to fix our rear hatch (2006
V70) and requested a loaner. Pete
scheduled me for first thing the
next morning and had a loaner car
waiting for me. Both Ben and
Pete were very customer friendly
and had a “willing to do anything”
attitude. I inquired about
whether our latch would be fixed
or replaced and Pete said he
already ordered the part the day
before and wanted to ensure that
the latch was fixed correctly. I
was going to suggest this anyway,
but he was one step ahead of
me. It has been a pleasure to
finally interact with people and a
dealership that I feel genuinely
cares about the customer.

Hello,
I was in a car accident last week
with my 1994, 940 Volvo. The Volvo
was totalled. I walked away with
only a bruised arm. The Volvo
construction and the air bag saved
my life.
Since I will not be bringing the
car in any more, you may delete
its information from your system.
I was completely satisfied with
your service for the many years I
brought it to you.

David Mano came to my
office this p.m to take care of a
problem with my 2005 Volvo S 80.
This is the second time he has
handled a service call for me by
coming to my office in your
Mobile
Tech XC90.
Both times he came to my office it
saved me considerable time and
aggravation. He has been great and
very responsive following up on
issues for me.
I can assure you it is this type
of service that will bring me back
to Keystone Volvo when I replace
my current Volvo or recommend a
dealer to a friend.

Dear Richard, Needless
to say that car and my family and
I are a great match. I have not
found one darn thing not to like
about it and so far it pleases us
greatly. Even my 13 year old
daughter has come around from her
first position of deeming it not
cool enough. I also wanted to
acknowledge the pleasant and
dignified experience of buying the
car with you and Keystone Motors.
I will be back for all of my
future car purchases though
hopefully a fair amount of time
